Position Contract For: Business Development Manager
Reports To: CEO

Position Overview:
To close sales per month for the company’s various products (Managed Services, WiFi Installs, DAS Installs, RF Testing, IT Support & Services).

Key Performance Indicators: Success in this role will be measured in the following ways:

  • #1 Responsibility: Close Net new sales every month by following the company’s documented sales process and diligently following up on all leads generated.
  • #2 Responsibility: Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to clients by ensuring 100% satisfaction with the products they purchase. This may include saving clients who request a refund or to cancel their membership, assisting when problems arise, assisting in helping them resolve issues, etc.
  • #3 Responsibility: Assist the company at major events when needed, such as Trade Shows, Networking Events and with other projects as needed.

Tactical Work and Responsibilities: Note: This list is subject to change as the company grows, new processes are added, products and systems change, etc.

  • Close sales by using the company’s documented sales process.
  • Help in IMPROVING the company’s sales process and documenting changes, updates and improvements.
  • Aggressively follow up on all leads and opportunities delivered and report the outcome of those leads in CRM system.
  • Assist in managing the company’s telemarketing team to produce leads.
  • Provide President a weekly report of all sales closed and activities.
  • Help in maintaining the company’s database by updating records, fixing mistakes, filling in missing information and updating the status of leads.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent prospecting, closing and sales-related skills
  • Deep understanding of the company’s target market, USP and products.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of productivity software, MS Office, Linkedin, CRM.
