Project Scope: Established a NAS (network attached storage) device to help accommodate client needs to have both local and remote users to access files that are needed to work, by also enabling the NAS device to sync with their Dropbox account – for the larger files that need to be accessed by their subcontractors. Conduct site analysis to determine system improvements, new design, and pricing for a new PBX Fortinet phone system installed with a PoE switch. Generate quotes and purchase materials for client technology assets. Design infrastructure layout and assist with installation of patch panel, new data jacks, ACP power supplies, and new devices. Provided low voltage cabling, running Cat5e/6, terminating to wall jacks, and terminating to patch panel. Performed an email migration from GoDaddy to Microsoft Office365, to allow some of their users to be capable of containing more emails in their Outlook, while also enabling our technicians to have a way of monitoring failed emails and tracing email message from sender to destination.
